These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enjoy Albania website and the accommodation, experience, and transport services we provide. By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Enjoy Albania SH.P.K, Tirana, Albania, is a hospitality company offering short-term rental apartments and villas, guided tours and experiences, and airport and intercity transfers. You can contact us at hello@enjoyalbania.al.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or submit an enquiry through our website. By submitting a booking or enquiry, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the website without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Use the site to send spam, phishing messages, or any other unlawful content.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking or enquiry information.

4. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have sent you a written confirmation and, where applicable, received the agreed payment or deposit.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including names, contact details, travel dates, and flight numbers — is accurate and complete. We accept no liability for issues arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown on our website are in Euros and are indicative. Final prices depend on your travel dates, group size, and any add-on services. We will confirm the final price before you complete a booking.

Payment terms, including deposits and balance due dates, will be set out in your booking confirmation. Bookings are not secured until payment terms are met.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary by product (apartment stay, experience, or transfer) and by season. Where specific conditions are stated in your booking confirmation, those conditions take precedence over the general rules below. Where no specific conditions are stated, the following apply:

• Cancellations received more than 14 days before arrival or the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before arrival or the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival or the scheduled service date, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable.
• Experiences and transfers may be rescheduled subject to availability.

We may cancel a booking if payment is not received on time, if the information provided is materially inaccurate, or in the event of force majeure. In such cases we will offer a refund or a rescheduled date where reasonably possible.

7. House rules and damage

When staying in one of our apartments or villas, you agree to:

• Respect the maximum number of guests stated in the booking. Extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Not host parties or events on the property.
• Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Not smoke inside the property.
• Take reasonable care of the property, its furniture, and its equipment.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during your stay. If damage is identified after your departure, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide an itemised invoice before any charge is applied. We may charge reasonable costs for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Experiences and transfers

Experiences and transfers are subject to weather, road conditions, and minimum participant requirements. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify an experience or transfer for safety or operational reasons. In such cases we will offer an alternative date, a service of similar value, or a refund of the amount paid for that service.

You are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point, for bringing suitable clothing and equipment as advised, and for following the instructions of our guides and drivers. We accept no liability for missed departures due to late arrival.

9. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, visas, and any vaccinations required for your trip to Albania. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings before travelling.

10. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, extreme weather events, or any other event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount paid by you for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, or for events outside our reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers such as guides, drivers, and boat operators.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Albanian law.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Enjoy Albania website, including text, photographs, logos, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our written permission.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking. The latest version is always available on this page.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
